FAQ
When does the launch?
August 18, 2026. The campaign runs for 30 days. Sign up above and we’ll send a reminder one day before launch.
What's in the Quick Start?
~30 pages: simplified core rules, 2 pre-built warbands, a narrative campaign «The Dying Signal» with 3 connected missions, and a short lore primer. Available in English.
Do I need your miniatures?
No. The system is miniature-agnostic — play with any 28–32mm models, ours, third-party, or proxies. The Kickstarter will offer both STL files and physical resin miniatures.
How long is a game?
45 to 90 minutes for a standard scenario. Skirmish format with small warbands (5–10 units per side), 24×24″ table.
What languages will the rules be in?
The Quick Start is available in English and Russian. The full rulebook ships in English, with additional translations depending on funding levels.
Who's behind Tartarus?
Published by Taiga Creative Studios. Game by Vitaly “Horrormancy” Margevics.
