Refund Policy

The products we sell directly on our site are digital: every purchase is delivered as files you
download, so there is nothing to ship back and nothing to physically return. For that reason,
our approach to refunds differs from a conventional store. We only issue refunds for products
purchased on this site. Any physical or digital products offered through third-party sellers fall
under those sellers’ own refund policies, not this one.

If anything here is unclear, or you would like to request a refund, reach out through our

One-time purchases

For one-time purchases, whether that is a single model or several bought together, eligibility
comes down to whether the files have been downloaded.
To request a refund, contact us through our support form and include:

• your username or the email used for the purchase,
• the order number, if you have it,
• which product or products you are referring to.

Any items whose files have not yet been downloaded are eligible for a refund. Once an item
has been downloaded, it can no longer be refunded, as a digital item cannot be returned.

Subscriptions

A subscription grants access to the models released for a given month. As long as that
month’s release has not yet gone live, you can request a refund.

To request a refund, contact us through our support form and include:

• your username or the email used for the subscription,
• which subscription and which month you are referring to.

Once that month’s release is out, a refund for that month is no longer possible, since the
content is already available to download.

Other cases

Real situations do not always fit neatly into the rules above. If your case is different, reach
out anyway and tell us what happened. We review every request individually, and even
where something falls outside these rules, we will still consider it. The final decision rests
with us, and we aim to be fair.

How refunds are processed

Where a request qualifies, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Please
allow up to 14 business days from the date of your request for it to be processed.
